Construction site operated under CDM conditions with Space Ind. Ltd acting as Principal Contractor & Planning Supervisors in Lymington, Hampshire.

Duration: 26 weeks

Elements: External insulated profiled cladding / Velux windows / Replacement aluminium double glazing / Internal strip out & demolitions / Internal office partitioning with glass doors / Decoration / Carpeting / Lighting / Power / Data / Central heating / Desking / Seating / Joinery / Display media / Glazing filming.

Building Envelope: A 3,900 sq.ft (360sq.m.) steel portal frame multiple steep angle pitched roofed building with steel & timber external cladding.
