Elements: Structural steel mezzanine floor with fire protection to the underside fitted with ambulant persons staircase. Decorations and fit out including 'slat wall' cladding for displays and provision of lighting, smoke detection, fire alarms plus the formation of a new fire exit door.
Building Envelope: A new Portal frame and clad business unit on an industrial estate.
