Our fabric hoist-up door systems are commonly referred to as 'hangar doors', but they are equally well suited to shipyard and other heavy industry applications - wherever a large, reliable, easy-to-operate door is required.
- Aircraft Hangar Doors The most common application for our large fabric hoist-up doors is in the aviation industry, where they are used for aircraft hangar doors. The use of lifting/swinging mullions between door sections means that there are virtually no limits to the width of opening that can be spanned.
- Shipyard Doors Shipyards present one of the most challenging environments for our large fabric hoist-up doors. Shipyard doors must be resistant to corrosion, blast abrasion and welding sparks, plus they must offer an extremely high level of operational reliability all year round.
- Industrial Doors Large Industrial doors can be required for Industrial Units, Cleanroom environments and heavy engineering works.
- Fire Curtains Fire curtains (certificated to 120 minutes of fire resistance) which are operated via automatic fire detection (AFD) systems can be installed.
- Smoke Curtains Fire Curtains can be formed up to 34m(w) x 8.5m(h) to direct smoke up through roof vents & can be set to a predetermined 'Fire engineered' height.
